Staff is super friendly made for a great first experience as I was unsure of what I was in for. Looking forward to going back.
I have been using cryo for about a month and find it instantly relieves soreness from my workouts and general day to day. Helps keep me feeling good. I'd recommend this to everyone!
I felt great for about half an hour afterwards and I could see the benefits of use when you visit multiple times but the cost is absolutely a no go for me, maybe if they come up with a better pricing plan I would consider but for now id say it's going to be only a luxury for the privileged.
