Being the owner and one of the trainers at 9Round Fitness in Olathe, I needed something to help my body recover fast from all the aches and pains that training brings with it. I heard about whole body cryotherapy, tried it, and the results were AMAZING! I recommend to everyone!
Had my second cryo session recently, and am already looking forward to the next. 3 different "levels" are available, depending on how cold you want your session (I did level 2 on my first session, and level 3 for my most recent session), and the staff is super-accommodating & will ensure that you're taken care of during your entire time with them (including an assortment of hot teas to enjoy). This is one of my two favorite forms of "alternative" therapy, and I cannot recommend it enough.
It was an awesome experience. I had a burst of energy for the rest of the day!
