The staff was very friendly. First time doing the full body cryo was not bad at all. There are different levels for the cryo chamber and the staff explains everything in detail so that you will have a great experience.
If you are looking to reduce inflamation this is the place. I would also recommend the compression therapy.
I can't wait to go back to Cryo Salon to try all of the options! The first treatment was amazing!
