Stopped in today for the full body. Alternated hot and cold. Very cool experience. Next visit Cryo Facial, can't wait!
Truly enjoyed my experience at CryoRVA. The staff is excellent and first rate in there knowledge of athletic recovery . I will be making this place part of my Crossfit active recovery days. Looking forward to returning here very soon. Ray C
