Too much money for what is basically a cheap chill. Under certain circumstances a full body treatment may have minor positive though temporary benefits that could easily be duplicated if not improved on by a cold shower or an ice pack. I have in the past had cryotherapy on specific regions as part of professional physical rehabilitation and it had more positive results but even that has limits and should be used with care. First cryo massage and it was awesome. Quick and professional and came out feeling refreshed. Definitely had a huge energy boost too which was a surprise but a great benefit. I’ll definitely be back.
Great experience. The staff are friendly and helpful. Feeling quite rejuvinated now following 3 minutes in the cryo tank, level 5, negative 306 degrees. It was awesome!
