Horrible experience having an issue with their appointment and no one being at the office. I too have experienced that this today. I went in 2 days ago and I had to wait a whole hour due to “an employee calling in” pretty similar statement. There was also another two other people who had an appointment before mine who stated they had been waiting for 30 minutes and also reached out to the after hours number and no one responded. So I'm from Phoenix and the first time I went to cryotherapy it was an incredible experience I was in the tank and juuust about the time I started to freak out ... It was time to get out... Wouldn’t waste time on scheduling appointments in the morning no one is there on time.
I am sharing my experience because I saw a review from 3 yrs ago regarding having an issue with their appointment and no one being at the office. I too have experienced that this week.
