I've been to a few different Cryo facilities but ever since I started going to CryoFit I will not go anywhere else!! The facility at CryoFit is by far most professional, clean, has the most knowledgeable staff and all around great environment with such positive energy!! I love CryoFit and will NEVER go anywhere else!!!

I've been to a handful of Cryo centers and can't complain about any of them; HOWEVER, #CRYOSA is top notch in cleanliness and staff is 2nd to none! Location is super easy to get in and out (right off hwy 10) and the atmosphere is energetic! Wish I could go everyday! Love how I feel after a FullBodyCryo! HOOKED!!
My skin feels amazing afterwards , I am a makeup artist and I noticed how much it minimized my pours which helped with my makeup to go on very smoothly & even.. Not to mention I'm a mom of 2 toddlers and rarely ever get beauty sleep but I slept so good that night after being Cryo frozen & woke up so refreshed .. Wtever it does to the body I'm addicted now , can't wait to get it done again this Thursday !
Cold has never felt so good! I'm more of sunny beach kinda guy but this was a great experience. See y'all soon!

Tried CryoFit last week and I'm already hooked! I always feel so much better after each session.
I heard of cryotherapy on Joe Rogan's podcast and a friend referred me to Cryofit. I'm 39 and very active and was feeling sore, tired, and run down. I went for the first time a month ago and now go 1-2 times a week and am feeling great! Definitely relieves my soreness and energizes my body.
