RecommendedHad my first Cryo session today and it was awesome!
RecommendedIt was my second treatment! Each one has helped me through the rest of my day! After spine fusion surgery a few years ago I can suffer severe bouts of inflammation. Along with yoga and stretching I am going to incorporate this into my well being program.
I tried the infrared sauna and compression boots and it was amazing! I am definitely going to sign up for Cryofit! Cheryl the owner was incredible!
