I went to CryoFit San Antonio this past Saturday and it was an awesome experience. Is it cold? Yes, that's the point! But the feeling you have once it's all said and done is something I can't explain. It's refreshing and I will definitely be back for more sessions.
I came into town with some friends for my birthday weekend and my brother said we should try this out, and I am SO glad we did. We had so much fun with the people that work there and I would definitely come back to SA once a month to do this especially after they expand. So worth it.
haven't been there yet but Heather is freakin AWESOME SAUCE!!!
