I tried the cryo therapy yesterday for the first time, and I slept exceptionally well. I did not toss and turn all night like I usually do to find a comfortable position. My head hit the pillow and I woke up in the same position 8 hours later. I highly recommend this treatment for individuals who want a good nights sleep.
I've had about 5-6 full body sessions now and I really enjoy it. I'm very active and tend to get a little banged up throughout the week because of the gym. This helps to make my body feel a lot more recovered, especially days when I don't quite get the sleep I really need. If you're considering it I say give it a try, do at least a few sessions too. Also the staff has been great, especially Alex who has been there almost every time I've been in.
