Worst place ever! Over the years I spend around 8000.00 at this place , last package i was sold i paid around 800 alls 2 years ago, but I moved out of town and for the last 2 years I had been trying to get my money back unsuccessfully Do not go there.

I am writing to formally document a very poor experience my daughter and I had at your facility on Thursday, 02/05/2026, and to request a full refund for the service and package purchased. Earlier that afternoon, I called to make an appointment. Your posted hours on Yelp, Google, and signage outside your office state 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, yet the employee who answered informed me she would only stay until 5:00 PM. Absolutely amazing! This was my first time getting the whole body cryo and I felt instant relief after the three minutes. The team at Cryo Care were all extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I’m definitely going to be purchasing their monthly membership and other services they offer.

I’ve been coming to Cryocare for over a year now and the staff and location is amazing! My wife and I love this place. I work out about 5 days a week and it really helps me recover from soreness and feel 100%! This place is awesome it’s a must GO!
