Okay, it's cold. it's really cold (duh) but if you suffer from knee injuries like I do you're probably willing to try anything so you don't have to walk in pain (especially going up stairs). After just one session, it barely hurt to walk up the stairs. I'm really excited, not only that I don't have pain today, but to see what additional sessions will do for my nagging injury. ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! The #1 Cryo-therapy place in northeast Ohio! From the top of the line equipment/facility , to the great staff, Cryo-active is definitely the place to be. Recovery is key for every day living , and they have just what you need to get your body feeling great and functioning at an optimal level.
The staff is so friendly and informative. I will experience both the cryo and normatec therapies VERY soon!
It is beautiful inside! I loved both the cryo and normatec therapies. It really increased my recovery after two very rough days of training. Can't wait to go chill again :)
