RecommendedEasy review to give. Beautiful space, friendly and professional staff, a full menu of wellness options. The Cryo speeds up my metabolism, is a great detox, and helps with inflammation and recovery from running and working out. Even got a free mini sports massage and ended up booking two sessions with Carrie. Highly recommend!
Had a serious hip injury that had been nagging me for weeks. Gave the therapy a try and literally felt no pain afterwards for about 30 minutes. The pain eventually returned but I felt way better than before. Place was clean and Brianna was great at the desk. Was limping when I walked in and felt like I could run a mile when I got out.

Staff is incredibly happy and wonderful. Space is beautiful and comfortable and smelled like the bakery next door in the BEST POSSIBLE WAY!! I enjoyed the experience more than I expected and am happy enough with the results that I plan to be a once a week client!!
