RecommendedI got the shiatsu massage and reiki combo session and it was amazing! It was my first time and I had a lot of neck tension. They knew exactly the right techniques to use to help with the tension and it was also very relaxing and rejuvenating! Highly recommend it!

I have been going to Cryo Spa for several years for Shiatsu massage. But since Lucy, the owner, got a PEMF machine, I started using that. It is a treatment for inflammation - so if you hurt a part of your body as I did, it helps in healing the muscles and joints. After 2 to 3 months of going 3 times a week for 20 minutes, I am not in pain any more. All the people that work there are very helpful and nice and I would highly recommend Cryo Spa for the answer to your joint pains or injuries! Eileen W
I’ve had 3 sessions for pain/discomfort with right ankle. The soreness in my ankle went away after the first session. I feel refreshed and energized after each session. I strongly recommend trying !
