Ally went for her first session today and she loved it and already is feeling the good effects of the treatment. The two owners are outstanding in explaining and calming nerves!!! Needless to say she will return many more times!!!
I cannot say enough good things about The Cryo Depot!! The team there is awesome and the benefits that I have received from the treatments are priceless!!! I had pain in my lower back and the treatments instantly reduce the pain each time!!! As an extra bonus, I lost 4lbs after my first treatment!! I am definitely going to keep coming back!

The cryo therapy has helped my plantar fasciitis and the after workout soreness 100%!! Try it after that "I will not be able to move tomorrow workout". Promise you will feel 100% better! That " I can't sit down" because my leg workout was brutal. This takes it away!
