This was my first session. I hate the cold but 3 min wasn't bad. Felt better as the day went on. Slept well that night and felt great the next day. 3 minutes to burn up to 800 calories AND feel better? I am going back to try it again!
I went and got froze yesterday..... I had to sleep on the couch last night due to my little one and I woke up this morning with no akes or pain.... that never happens! It was a great experience and the staff was so helpful. I would for sure recommend giving it a try totally worth the little time of being cold!
What a cool experience (: Pardon the pun. Everybody was so helpful and made me feel comfortable. I am going back for more very soon.
It really helps those aches and pain go away!!! Especially those pains that come with being almost 60!!!
