There are very few things you can do for yourself that make you feel this great! The staff is wonderful and the environment is pristine! Treat yourself and give it a try you won't regret it!
I absolutely love everything about this place! They really go above and beyond with their customer service to make sure you're getting everything you need out of your experience. I always feel so amazing after my sessions and can't wait for my next one!

This is definitely something everyone should try if your feeling any type of pain. It has helped me get through my exercise routine for the last month now. On a normal day without cry I would have experienced extreme knee pains while I was running and ever since my 3rd session I haven't had any pain now I'm on my 6th session and couldn't be any happier with the results!
it wasn't quite as cold as I thought it would be but it was definitely cold. four hours later I still feel good my body is not as stiff. I have a little bit better range of motion. I'm looking forward to see What two or three sessions will do for my knees
