This is an awesome experience! Did it with my daughter looking forward to my 3rd session. Already feeling better:)
The staff is great and always welcoming. I love the results that I get after cryotherapy. My recovery time after workouts has dropped drastically.
I've had an excellent experience so far. I've been training for the Disney marathon weekend, I'm personally doing their Dopey Challenge. I had my long run day this past Sunday, when I woke up on Monday my legs and low back were sore & achey as heck. I had an appt already set up on Monday. Went in, had my second session at -169 degrees for 3 minutes, cold as heck but afterwards it felt great. About an hour or so later I had no more soreness or aches.
