An Employee damaged my property and I wasn't told anything, he acted like nothing happened. I did report that issue to management and as typically their response was We are not liable, Cruz Tire Shop needs to be more responsible!!!!!
Worst customer service wont validate warranty when they know that’s a cracked tire not a slashed tire. Drove 45 minutes for nothing. Would not recommend this place. Peor servicio no te hacen válida la garantía la llanta está crakeada no está naviajada como dicen . Te hacen gastar tu tiempo.

Accountability and responsibility would be a great place to start. Wheel cap lost after having tire repaired. Cruz Tire refused to take accountability. Nice.
Had some good experiences with this shop BUT not so much today! Got charged $12 to repair a flat, on tires I bought there! They’ve repaired the same tire previously for FREE! Arlando was RUDE AF! Told me to “just go to DISCOUNT TIRE then, they won’t help you” (We ALL know they will) I will be working right behind this shop for another 20 yrs and for $12 they lost a costumer for life! And he literally said “oh well” when I told him that. SMH What happened to great customer service??
Great service and very honest, I needed 2 used tires and one of them had a bubble that I picked out, they could have easily just left it alone and let me deal with it but they got me another tire that was good and put it on instead so I could make the trip home to Phoenix! Thanks guys for the quick fix and help! Thanks for showing me the Beautiful Ford Maverick and letting me hear it start up and purrrrr!
