Staci has all the personality of sandpaper. Bizarrely fixated on my 3 year old daughter's BMI when she's active, eats healthy, and looks like a normal toddler. Was seemingly annoyed by a talkative 3 year old talking/asking questions and asked her to be quiet. Does not have the bedside manner to be working with children. Quite smug for a PA.
Ms. Cruz was neglectful and did not have any interest in helping my son. She was so fixated on Covid testing him and fixing his mask instead of helping him. She was neglectful and incompetent.
