Hot water heater went out. Waited 2 days with no hot water for them to come out. Plumber arrived an hour early, but said he couldn't fix it today because they'd only scheduled a 2 hr window and it was a 4 hour job... ...then was told to find another company to do it because the next opening wouldn't be for another *2 weeks* NOT professional at all!
