I must admit she’s good. However, I always got saddled by out of pocket expenses on top of my double covered insurance. She was expensive. These add ons were not properly explained but I trusted her. Then she moved to another insurance provider and I had to go to another dentist. Later on I found out that she charged my insurance for something I didn’t have done at the time so I cannot avail of treatment for that tooth now because I have to wait a couple of years for my insurance to pay for it again. A hidden gem. Been going for 16 years now. Dr. Cruz is calm, thorough, caring and gentle. The best medical professional I have ever had! Was recommended by a coworker whose whole family went to her.
Mrs. Cruz, DDS, is a wonderful dentist. My family of 4 have been going to her for almost 4 years for fillings, crowns and cleanings and we have always found her to be extremely competent, respectful, kind, and professional. Highly recommended.
