This review is long overdue. I had a fire damaged property in Atlanta that I needed to get rid of because of the extensive work it needed. I called several people to try to sell it and did not feel comfortable with any of those companies. I met with Berto from Cruz Investments and really appreciated his transparency regarding the entire selling process and he made me a very fair cash offer and we closed on the property within 2 weeks which was much sooner that expected. Working with Cruz Properties was wonderful. We especially loved working with Angie, who was competent, kind and honest. She made us feel heard and comfortable throughout the entire process of selling our home to an Investor. Angie and her team were all professional and quickly found an investor to buy our house. I had a few offers for my home and I picked Angie because she was so quick to respond to whatever questions I asked.
