Communication has been excellent and they are very friendly and thorough. I would recommend Dr Cruz and his staff.
They try and that’s half tha battle would like to see Dr Cruz a little more but understand staffing things sometimes
The Dr and staff are very welcoming. From the time you arrive, the staff makes you feel as if they care about you and are truly concerned about your well-being.
Awesome doctor. Always takes time to listen to his patients and addresses their needs.

Failed to correct my phone number after 4 attempts to do so. Makes me question what else is wrong in my health records.
Not a good experience. Mine was a workers' comp claim- head injury. Seems my case fell into any crack that was open. The treatment I received was ineffective due to the lack of time between visits. During the time I was under the care of Dr. Cruz, I found out that he wasn't in, due to health reasons. I was seeing fill-in doctors and PA's.
