Do not go to this Dr office unless you want to deal with billing issues. Unfortunate Dr Reynoso is a good Dr but not worth the headache with incompetent staff.

Terrible doctor and awful staff. Front desk personnel are pitiful. Almost impossible to speak to anyone by phone. You always get the answering machine and they do not return phone calls. Frequently have trouble getting prescription refills. Hard to schedule or reschedule an appointment. I don't trust Reynoso and was giving bad diagnosis by him corrected by another doctor. STAY AWAY from this practice if you value your life and your health.
Ive been seen at this doctors office three times so far and each time the wait was long, but not like today. I arrived at my apt 15 minuets early, I had been waiting in the lobby and kept seeing other patients getting seen that arrived after me. I went to the front to check on why I had not been called in the 45 minutes total I had been here and it looked like the front desk secretary began to barely write my information on the sheet and take it to the back.. Terrible staff. Long wait times. Hard to schedule appt. Doesn't answer phone calls or return calls.
Pitiful staff. Long wait times. Difficulty setting appointments. Difficulty in getting Rx refills. Just another foreigner practicing medicine in the RGV.
I went to see Dr. Nichanametla and she was really in a rush to see me for my annual check up. She forced me to get a pap smear procedure that I never even needed. Worst ever.
She may be a good doctor but her office is awful. Not organized at all.
