I want to take a minute to write a review for Cruz AC. Jose at Cruz AC was recommended to me by my neighbor a couple years ago, when we were going through a lot of trouble with our AC unit. This was during the summer heat wave and so you can remember the demand at the time was incredibly high. I asked him if he could come out at short notice and explained to him that I had 2 kids with special needs along with a 91 year old grandmother living with us. We had one of our two condensers replaced by them in the summer of 2022. It was a great experience. When we had recent trouble with the other condenser, we called them thinking it would be another great experience. It was anything but! The technician took it upon himself to replace the capacitor without first presenting us with the diagnosis and giving us a cost breakdown.
