They were here on time. Polite, friendly answered questions so we understood. Explained all they did. Even advised us on how well our unit was kept up. Explained things that would save money. Both guys friendly and kind. We are completely happy with service and the price. Glad we found you.
The technician was polite and thorough. He rebalanced the fan in the unit and said we should schedule a thorough service inspection in about a year
They took all day to install the AC system, over 8hrs. 4 heads.OD. After the job was FINALLY done, we had to tell them to be sure to clean up and put our belongings back where they found it as if they don’t know better.
I had my AC duct system evaluated by Dale with Cruz: the company recommended by Duke Energy. Dale was very professional, explained each step of the process and answered all of my questions. Duke paid for half of the service as was explained during the energy audit. Very happy with the company and Dale!
