I have been climbing at CRUX on a regular a twice weekly plus basis for 9 years and love it . It is a great total body workout , has many different aspects to keep it challenging and more closely resembles outdoor rock climbing especially the faces. I also am made to feel completely welcome as are many, many, many others customers and I have seen /climbed with probably close to 2,000 DIFFERENT people over the years
Hey crux ..... So your the owner? Thanks for being a complete ass hat and towing my truck today in your lot that barely had a visible sign and that did not indicate that the lots were separate and had designated parking areas. And then to laugh about it.... Classy! Karmas a bitch!
Holy Shit?!! REALLY?!!! The owner of this place is absolutely horrible! She was completely rude, wouldn't make eye contact, and answered us shortly and abruptly AS SHE CONTINUED to look down at her phone. Her car was the only one the in the parking lot in the middle of the day and now I know why! This place needs to leave San Luis! She does not deserve a cent of anyone's money if this is how she treats her customers! Worst customer service I have ever experienced- can't emphasize that enough!
Rude owner. Avoid at all costs.
