The owner is the only person working at crux and is a very rude person. She asked me how old I was 6 times and acted like it was my fault she could not remember.

Unfortunately, my family and I just experienced the WORST customer service ever. The owner was unbelievably rude. I don't understand how this business is still running by the way she treats customers. There is a reason why the gym was completely empty. Would not recommend! We will be trying SLO Op!

We always enjoy climbing here...the no slack auto belay system is the best...allows all 5 of us to climb at the same time!
