Run for your life! I do not recommend them. It is better to negotiate with your creditor than to enter into an agreement with them. They are misleading and will not refund your money. I complained due to terrible service, left messages, couldnt get in touch with agent. They provided me with no information on my "escrow" account. All around BAD service. This experience was not worth the \$1800 I lost. Wish I had just given it to the creditor instead, would have made more progress than with Crusader Consumer Services. After 6 ... read more
