I called the broadway branch and they referred me to the one on west state. I asked how much a visit for a tooth pulling would cost and they said $35. I went and after they examined me, they said there was nothing they could do but give me a referral. The closest one was in Chicago and two months fillled. I ended up giving up and instead going to smile dentist in Belvidere. He only charged me $200 to pull the tooth. Today I get my bill from Crusaders and it was $156. I couldn't believe it!!!!!
