Dental services are horrible and not kid friendly
I came in due to a headache I have been having for a week. I first saw a student who was amazing. She asked the right questions and checked me thoroughly. The doctor, Christen was the opposite. He burst in the door instead of knocking. I had been diagnosed with a bulging cervical disc before coming. That is located on my right side. He basically said that my pain on my left side is coming from my cervical and did not check anything except my ears. He was condescending and mean. I did nothing to warrant this behavior. I went to the dentist for an x-ray. They ended up telling me that I had 10 cavities and needed to schedule an appointment to get them filled. I could tell they had very little experience and they barely even checked my teeth. It almost felt like guess work. I ended up getting a second opinion and I indeed did NOT have 10 cavities. I did however have one. That's a bit of a stretch isn't it-
I had a walk-in for the first time in this location and I was pleased the ladies up front were gentle to assist on that. Once the first nurse called me and my kids, we went inside a room we never saw a number. My little daughter needed the restroom and a second nurse sent us outside that area. My son stayed in the room. When we needed to go back inside I kept knocking at the door and a third nurse just ignored us. My mom went two days ago because she couldn’t swallow and her ears were hurting. They did not test her for strep or Covid. They just checked her ears and said “you look okay, just keep taking Tylenol and just ride it out” after my mom kept trying to tell them the pain she was in they still didn’t test her for absolutely anything.
