Really appreciate the staff telling us about the Biggby parking situation when we walked in. Also that same person (Vic or Victoria) was our waitress on the patio and was amazing. She took time to explain everything perfectly, she even let us taste test a few beers. She really did go above and beyond for us and should definitely be recognized for the great service. I'm so disappointed in the management here. I have never in my adult life been treated like such a child at a restaurant. The "door girl" who I also assume is the manager was so rude that if I wasn't with someone else's birthday party I would have left. She forced our party to wait in line for 40 minutes, even though they had seats at our table because they wanted to create an appearance there was a line to get in (at 6 pm on a Saturday)! Just had dinner with my nephew at Crunchy's and the food was great! Even better the service was amazing! Caroline was our service and she did a fantastic job! Cute too! I wish I would have asked if she was single!! Seriously the establishment has a great vibe and the food was made to order and you can't find that much anymore! Bells Two hearted ya can't go wrong!! Great beer selection and prices... Good food. Big big complaint is a total lack of no parking signage adjacent to the building that is not parking for Crunchy's patrons. It is Night's parking. Must be addressed!!!!
We were visiting Lansing for the basketball finals and went there to eat. Was a great experiance.
