Usually Crunchy's is pretty awesome. So good that my old buddies and I drove an hour to go there for karaoke night. Then got stuck at a table in the other room next to a super drafty door after having been standing outside in January for 40 minutes (the wait is normal). Couldn't hear the karaoke at all and spent the whole time freezing. We had asked if we could switch to a different table when we sat down, but apparently that is too difficult for their staff.
