After training for years this is Probably one of the worst gyms I have ever been too. Horrible customer service. From the moment you walk in your skin crawls...not only is the equipment dirty. But most of it is out of service for weeks. At the busiest hour you can't even find a paper towel, disinfectant or a working water fountain. You get what you pay for. This use to be an amazing gym, until the new management came. The machines and weights are now neglected and everything seems to break down now. Sanitary use to be top notch and now certain sections of the gym smells like death. Not only has the gym itself changed, but so has the staff. They're rude and dealing with them has made me not want to come in. Tanning bed bulbs are always out so don't bother tanning here. I'm really disappointed how things changed here so quick. Fucking shit
since the new owner has taken over theres been awful service, weights everywhere, they dont let you tan an hour before closing anymore (yes blacks tan too), its never clean includin dirty changerooms and washrooms, machines keep breaking, rude staff, the whole 9 yards. the only good thing about it is the abundance of sub-urban house wives in the afternoon but TERRIBLE GYM over all.
More like Crap Gym... this place has turned to shit. The tanning bed bulbs are never changed, the machines are always broken, the staff is rude as hell, nothing is ever remotely clean, there are weights left everywhere....and YOU CAN'T TAN AN HOUR BEFORE CLOSING? LOW AND BEHOLD SOMEONE GETS OFF OF WORK AT A CERTAIN TIME AND CAN ONLY TRAIN AND TAN AT A CERTAIN HOUR... Just garbage. The new owner clearly has no the first idea how to run a gym. I would give this place 0 stars if I could
Worst facility I have ever dealt with. I signed up for 3 months of training but they charged me for 5. I cancelled my membership in August and they continue to bill me. We had to contact AmEx to stop payments, such a hassle! Worst customer service, check your credit card statements to make sure you too aren't being over-billed!
I enjoy going to Wayne crunch, very friendly environment. Although I was grossed out today when using the rope machine. It was Filthy !!
