RecommendedI joined several weeks ago for personal training. My trainer is extremely knowledgeable, a pleasure to work with and always willing to alter the session to my specific needs. The gym itself is kept very clean. It has a lot of equipment, workout areas and a large room for a lot of fun classes like yoga, Zumba and many more.
Best front desk staff EVER. Love everyone there.
Just wish they would fix the sauna that has been “Temporarily Out of service for months.... otherwise it’s a good place and good environment

I’ve been coming over 2 yrs and I LOVE��my trainer Janine and the staff is very friendly and helpful. As well as the recent upgrades are nice as well. Great location and facility. #fitlife
Awesome class first time doing it but it was great butt belly thigh and 30 for 30 can’t wait to go again
