Classes aren't overly crowded and at my pace! Helpful staffs and great instructors!! Only issue is when I signed up ($29.99) I was told I could bring a guest with me each time including attending the classes but the first time I brought a guest was told he couldn't attend. So can you clarify??? Thanks
The Bluetooth audio is still not available after 3 months🤔 really?? Now several of the headphone jacks are broken. This club is on the way downhill and it never even got to the top. It would have been nice to have been offered something in consideration of the late opening without everything functional. Also... Consistent channel selection on the monitors would be nice. Just put a little thought into setup.
I really enjoy Crunch. It is clean, the staff is friendly, and the classes are so much fun!

I'm not sure why, but I was charged an annual fee of 40 dollars plus tax a few days ago when the contract clearly states, "* charged annually on anniversary date of your membership". I signed up for CRUNCH on June 5th, 2017, and it's November 17th, 2017. I will most likely be cancelling my membership if CRUNCH doesn't reimburse me of their charges. If anyone else was charged an annual fee, I would read your contract ASAP. It's on the second page near the top titled 'Annual Fee*'.
I love the place.. clean, all machines work..I love my trainer Jennifer Simpson .. takes the time.. works me hard.. and I feel loved and the main person when I am with her..the gym is so nice.. they help my elderly mom who needs that extra kindness no questions asked.. love this place.. it’s my 2nd home
