I'm so happy I joined Crunch, it was worth the wait for them to open! The staff are all amazing and willing to answer any questions I have, the equipment is awesome, and the overall atmosphere is great. I have yet to go to the classes but I've seen them and they look really fun!
I love it. It's great and friendly. Everybody are nice. They are respectful and helpful.
Yesterday, was my first day at the Mill Plain location, but my original location is by the mall. I have received update emails and I will not be charged until the mall location is open. Also, I spoke to 3 different people while I was there yesterday and they were all helpful and professional! My only suggestion is to have cleaning solution at all cleaning locations, we had to hunt one bottle down after looking at two stations. Thanks for opening!
Went for the first time today and I loved it!! Having worked in the fitness industry previously, I love the model Crunch presents and the variety it offers for different fitness levels. For those of you who gave 1 star due to the opening date, you have no idea the hoops they have to jump through with the city to get everything up to code. They were probably more frustrated with that than you were with them. All in all, I'm glad my membership is here.
Such an awesome facility, so many amenities and at just the right price!!!
I have yet to go because my location has taken forever to open and still doesn't have an accurate opening date, but from what I've experienced so far... the billing emails have been wrong, the portable is very unprofessional, and I've been waiting since May of 2017 for them to open and still waiting and not knowing, but yet they've taken my first payment for the first month, which I'm seriously considering canceling...
