They will steal your money...Signed up for what I was told was a month-to-month personal training program but they signed me up for a year and the fitness director, Allison Sweet, refused to cancel it. I had to sign and initial on their digital signature pad for the first month's payment, but the screen display was conveniently "not working" so I couldn't see anything. RecommendedArguably my favorite Crunch in the area.Convenient location. Friendly desk help when I need it. *** The ONLY Crunch I’ve been in lately where someone/staff is actively cleaning during operating hours!! Never have issues finding paper towels/cleaner either.
with the music selection you’d think you are at a coffee shop. Taylor swift & Dan + Shay are a frequent on the list. Nice gym but someone has to figure out the aux for those who forget headphones or do PT & can’t use them. if I was walkiing into the gym for the first time analyzing the feel this music would be an instant no go. please stop putting us to sleep with kids bop, thank you
When you empower employees to make decisions and then do not as a manager follow through with them. You might have a poor management structure in place. Be careful and READ all the fine print before you sign up for anything with Crunch Fitness.... There might be a mild bit of FRAUD going on......
This place is terrible. The staff are rude and generally unhelpful. People don’t clean up after themselves or wipe down equipment. I moved out of the area and just like other people have said, I provided them with everything they requested and they still continued to bill me despite the cancellation clause in my contract.
Spotless gym with tons of equipment
I was a Crunch Scott's Addition customer and personal training client for 2 years and enjoyed my experience until I moved to a different state and needed to cancel my personal training contract. I corresponded with Crunch fitness staff for nearly a month, jumping through hoops to provide them the documentation they needed. I received several delayed replies from staff which further extended the process of canceling. Our personal training cancellation policy is 30 days notice from when we receive the USPS notification. With that letter you were able to cancel early and didn't end up getting charged through the whole contract. We wish you the best in your future endeavors.
