Everybody is super nice and helpful here! I'm excited to start my fitness journey.
It is clean and the machines are new and easy to use. The only thing is the classes arent the best and sometimes the instrucors dont show. I also dont like that they dont have the evening class on Fridays. Other then that i never have to wait for a machine to be available.
well, I didnt realize all the equipment involves crunches so it seemed very easy, when I got home 2 hours later my abdomen was sore, lol.
