I attended class given by instructor Tina! She’s a great instructor! She motivates by the conversation she shares and pushes us to do the best we can. I wish she offered more classes. I will stick with Crunch so long as she is here.
This is the third time in recent weeks where I've gotten up very early to do my work out before work and no one is at the gym to let people in. I feel the management needs to do a better job of maybe having more than one person open in the early hours to make sure that the location is open for their patrons. There were several people disappointed and waiting outside when I arrive this morning
I got all the gainz, all of them.
