Great gym. Machines are new and clean. MOST of the guys are build hot. it's like gay clubs in NYC. Without all the hiot sex.
Had a great kickoff session with Katia! Totally recommend this place if you're looking for a great gym to go to. The staff are super nice and helpful.
The Atmosphere is relaxing and employees were attentive and helpful!!!

I signed up this morning, and had my complementary session with Katia this afternoon. Awesome is an understatement. I’ve worked out at home for the last 5 years so getting back into the gym was slightly intimidating for me. She was so friendly and knowledgeable, I will definitely look into personal training with her on the regular.
We love crunch!! We started here because we needed a gym that had a daycare, and I am so impressed with the childcare!! All the girls that have watched the children have been wonderful. We are most familiar with Stella, Pam and Alyssa. My kids love them so much. My son who is 2 talks about all of them so much. He asks if we can “go see the ladies” on a regular basis!!
clean, well appointed gym with some fun athletic training features, and an A+ staff. Walking through the door, I felt welcome . normally, I prefer not to workout in front of a gym crowd, but my midday training session with Katia, at Crunch, really helped to keep me focused! We utilized some machines I had never tried, she even had me flipping huge tires...It was downright fun! ...and I never would've worked out that hard without her! I've recommended this Katia (specifically) to friends since my visit to Crunch .
So I arrived at Crunch fitness today to have a great workout. Only to find out it was not open at 4:30am. There atleast a dozen or so members waiting. As of this post its 5am and still closed .SMFH clearly I need to sign up at the local Golds Gym
I love this placee! you feel the positive energy walking in. lots of fun classes taught by great instructors vested in your experience. a must try :-)
