By far is my favorite gym ever. Ever. Not to put the other gyms down but they don’t have a crunch has to offer. Which is realness.
Had the greatest workout with KATIA today, tried other gyms / fitness centers over the years, but never really got into it, Crunch is different, having someone like KATIA training me makes working out seem less tedious & more fun.
I handy first personal training experience with Katia Trainer she is fabulous she took the time to show me the right way to work out for my body. if you need a trainer come to crunch in middletown ny and look for her
Love the Ride class with Nelson! Wish there was one more option early in the morning for him to run a class-maybe 6:30?
You can go extremely hard at this gym you can be an animal. The atmosphere is awesome the people are awesome I look forward to going to the gym between 4:30 AM and 10:30 AM. There are no distractions.
Love my personal training time with Katia! She's so knowledge and encouraging with her work outs! Highly recommend her as a trainer! GO KATIA!
Great staff and clean equipment. I am always motivated and look forward to a great workout. Biggest downfall is not enough mats to stretch. I have been part of the Crunch family for a year and am always greeted as I enter and leave. #SelfCare #StrongisBeautiful
