First time in a gym and I felt so comfortable and very welcome
First day my daughter and I arrived, we mentioned we were new. Gal at the counter greeted us and said if we needed help with the machines to let her know. After a warm up, we asked for help and Spencer took the time to assist us by asking what we wanted to achieve, showed us free weights and made sure we were doing the movements correctly.
