Read the fine print!!!! I was told I could cancel anytime. I've called twice, and had my ex, whose acct I pay for, ask in person. All 3x, I was given instructions to cancel. I did exactly as I was told, and the response I got was, sorry you have a year contract. Then after a Yelp review, I was asked if I'd like to speak to upper management. Zero integrity. Do yourself a favor, join a different gym. They all have their issues, but Crunch is the only one lacking integrity so far, and idk about you, but that's a huge deal to me... read more
Katie and Dave are amazing and knowledgeable trainers. They push me further than any other trainer has. They know what I'm capable of more than I do and I feel a huge sense of accomplishment after each workout. The gym itself is spotless, friendly and spacious.
I love how everyone treats you like a friend!! No cliques just a good workout amongst and with friends.
I love going to Mindy’s classes! She’s easy to understand but not easy on us - we get a real workout! Thanks Mindy!
Friendly environment, awesome instructors you get what you paid for and sooo important No Judgements!!
Clean and lots of gear but the trainers are highly unreliable. The benches are made for people over 6ft. They remove key equipment on a whim. And make sure you read the fine print closely, every time they change things on you.
