The gym is clean and the instructor show you the exercise
I like the gym and their atmosphere, the staff was really nice and help full and they have pre workout there, my only gripes are that the weights on smith machines are a bit off and the have no ab wheel. I do like the fact that they have unique machines and heavy weights though and the price is awesome.

I had a most HORRIBLE experience at this location !!!!! Staff was rude to me and my wife !!! We came in with intentions to sign up , and the staff member made a disrespectful comment to me and my wife !!!! I was nothing but nice when i walked in !! We took our business elsewhere!!!
Touch and go staff. Front desk manager will turn you away after running for a class and making you wait 5 minutes to learn how to check in since it's only your second time there. He will then proceed to lecture you on how yoga is "quiet" even though you've been practicing for some time now and don't need to be told how to enter a class late yet politely due to the MTA screwing you. I think I'll stick to the Sunday crew and my manhattan locations. Already lost my money on the franchise end now you're going to lose my check in... read more
My first time in the gym, and the guy at the front desk was so nice. Taught me how to sign up for classes. And Josef's Zumba class was my very first Zumba class ever. And it was so good. So energetic and helpful. He needs to teach more classes here!!!! Thank you CRUNCH Flatbush!!!
