I like Farrah she’s the friendly worker! I have been three times and I like the equipment and music. I also met the female fitness class instructor in the locker room and she’s nice. I love the hydro massage chair I wanna take it home. I just don’t like the fitness trainers being rude and hogging the machines saying they about to use it. No u wait your turn.
I have been a member of other Crunch locations in the past, but I have never encountered such deplorable customer service as I did at this location. Beware that they will claim that personal training contracts 'automatically renew' which have optional renewal. They ripped me off for over $500 and I had to file claim with state attorney general's office. 😌
Recommended3.5 Stars. Three floors of equipment. Clean. Friendly. But elevator wasn't working and I have a boot on my foot and had to walk up the stairs.
Recommendedit's always clean and the employees are always ready to help and they always greet you with a smile it's only one thing I don't like and that is I have witnessed several people leave the equipment without wiping it down after they finished using it

There customer service sucks . The Assistant general manager CAPRICE is very unscrupulous. They need to hire customer service personal that is trained in dealing with the general public . 1038 Flatbush location.
