I’ve given up on Crunch after a few months, being a founding member of this gym back in the spring. I’m noticing their upkeep is severely lacking and I’m not sure if this may be because of lack of professional staff onsite, cleaning services are not being looked after, or just overall poor management of the facilities. The sauna is constantly out of order, and in need of repair. I’ve called five times in the last five minutes to cancel my membership. It’s 11:45 on a Tuesday… I know you guys are not that busy lol
Good luck in trying to get a hold of anybody! We've been trying to get a hold of somebody for approximately 6 weeks including emails. Nobody has responded. Sent an email 4 days ago. Nobody has responded! It is very difficult to cancel your membership and the charges keep coming out. Even though we've been trying to get a hold of a manager. Managers are only there for 4 hours daily and the phones are never answered! I would never recommend this gym to anybody! Customer service is the most horrible thing I've ever encountered
There is ZERO EMPATHY or good customer service with this gym. I truly had high hopes this would work out. I was one of the founding members at this gym. I decided to sign up for their personal training since it had been a while since I worked out on my own. The trainer was very pleasant and professional. However, I sustained an injury and had to pay for medical stuff out of pocket and could no longer afford to continue with my final PT session. Extremely unprofessional staff and a terrible experience overall. I went into Crunch Fitness in July and cancelled my membership in person. I was told it had been cancelled, but then I was charged again in August. I had to go back a second time to deal with the exact same issue and cancel again. I had to go into my bank and put a stop transaction and I was told I’m the 4th person to go through this exact situation.
