I had a really upsetting experience today around 2PM with a front desk employee with two side braided brunette hair at Tulsa 91st & Memorial location. I signed up mostly for the Hydro massage bed with occasionally using the sauna & taking Zumba classes. I had used a Hydro massage bed once & went back to the front desk to request for a second activation. Beware that you are required to add a bank routing and account number to your crunch account at this location although it's not mentioned ANYWHERE on the website. Typical shady behavior.

I had a really disappointing experience with the front desk employees. The staff was not welcoming at all and came off very rude and dismissive. I am a member and have always been told that my membership allows me to bring a guest using my guest pass. I have done this before with no issues, and staff have previously confirmed that I’m allowed to bring a guest even though I’m 16.
