It is a very good place to get a good workout and get your sweat on. The staff is very friendly and helpful when you talking to them 🏋️♀️
This location is pretty cool, most people are serious about their workout so weights are put back, and stuff wiped down for the most part. Staff is great. People don’t bother me while I workout which is always nice. A few machines I wish they had: adductor and abductor machines for legs, and a stationary leg extension, but I can hit those muscle groups with resistance bands do not a huge deal.
